Buying Policy

Product Sales:

Products on this website are for USA and Canada customers. If you are outside of USA please contact our customer service department at (805) 986.8265.

Pricing:

Price is reflected for only USA customers and Canada customers. Prices vary and can be changed without notice.

Orders:

Ordering

    • Orders placed Monday through Thursday for Phytoline & Hesperusline, will be delivered the next day.
    • All other Beneficial’s: Orders placed Thursday by 2:30 pm Pacific Standard Time will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Order Deadlines

    • Thursday: USA orders should be requested by 2:30 pm Pacific Standard Time.
    • Friday: Canada orders should be requested by 2:30 pm Pacific Standard Time.

Replacement / Refunds:

Replacements or credits must be reported to our Customer Service Administrator – by email to USsales@biolineagrosciences.com within 7 days of the product received date on a (QCF) Quality Concern Form. Please, no exceptions.

Payments:

  • Payments are due based on the specific terms listed on each of your invoices. For new customers only, you have Net 15 for the first 3 introductory months.
  • A 2% interest per month will be charged on overdue accounts for the number of days the invoice is past due based on your specific terms.
  • A 2% discount for all customers over one year will be applied for invoices paid within the first 14 Calendar days, based on your invoice date.

Shipping:

Orders over $250 will receive a shipping discount according to the area its delivering:

  • 15% discount for the West coast area
  • 20% discount for the East coast area
